Flickr may be annoying many times (especially since you can’t post images larger than 1024px anymore – unless you go pro), but it sure holds a lot of great stuff. Insect54 (gotta love web2.0 nicknames :P) hosts a few gems, photo sets of some great design books, most of them about the insanely talented dutch designers.
Take a look:

This page shows work by Tel Design from 1972:

Take your time, watch how things should be done. Learn if you can.
And as always, normal designers copy, great designers steal ;)

This zebra typo is simply superb:

I can’t believe they’re making this :)) Killer bean was a short animation that everybody had and showed everybody some good years ago. It was pure fun, just like Doom or Duke Nuke’em was. Check out the site for more details.

These are so beautiful that I’d almost keep them only on my wall as paintings. Might sound like some Star Wars robot name, but 4FRNT have some killer skis, wonderfuly illustrated by Abe Kislevitz (check his site for awesome details and other models). I’d sure love to have a pair or two :)
These are the MSP, 2008 edition:

This is the fearsome truth of what we are evolving into. Period. But whatta hell, at least we’ve got beer. Cheers! :))

Just had a “ski-and-run” day in Predeal. Great day, in spite of the wetness of the snow. Drained me out though…
Evil cloud looming over Caraiman – brought the rain later in the evening :(

And it all started innocently like this:

Bigger pics on my flickr here and here.
Echochrome is a new game by Sony for PS3 and PSP. Using Escher-like puzzles and environments, it seems to be “infinitely” fun. Made in Japan.

Hilarious pun and photo. This must be a part from the forbidden chapters of the Old Testament. Asians would never see this coming :))

Superb title and neatly looking typo for this calendar. Noa Bembibre has some more nice works on her website. Check her out.
